Travis this is a great shot of the light house.I was so interested in your description saying it once stood on 40 acres that I had to look this up. It is 120 yrs old what a wonderful capture of a historic light house. Voted I found this in The Art Shoppe Cafe " Caught My Eye" Discussion and I agree it is an eye catcher

Travis, great scenic photo. Love the great details you have captured in the Sand Island Lighthouse. Fantastic foreground shot with a nice capture of the waves in the water and the rocks and stones surrounding the lighthouse. Beautiful sky shot setting the background of the lighthouse. Excellent photo, voted, google and FB promoted and chosen as the Image that Caught My Eye in the Art Shoppe Cafe promotional thread
